estimate/quote designs?
Free.
2.Do you charge for additional fee
for edition?
We don't charge any edition fee, we think it is our duty to supply
you satisfactory design.
3. How to send order to you?
You can e-mail a file, a description, or a scanned image of your
requirements to us. To make sure the design will be sent back
as soon as possible, please send us your design along with 4 main
items:
a. Size (Please specify the width or height or diameter.)
b. Material: What kind of fabric it will be sewn on?
c. Format (what kind of format you want and other special inquires)
d. Colors: How many colors do you need?
4. Which type of art format is acceptable?
You can send pictures to us by all art format,but We suggest .jpg,.png
or .pdf. because the files are smaller and upload/download faster
over the Internet. Any vector artwork like Adobe Illustrator,
Corel Draw, Freehand, Word etc. needs to have text converted to
curves or outlines, otherwise the fonts you sent may not be the
fonts we received.
5. How do I get my finished embroidery
design?
We will send the finshed embroidery design to you by email.
6.What format do you offer?
We can provide you with any Universal Embroidery format, we send
.dst or .exp usually.If you need any new format, Kindly email
us your desire format and we will reply back ASAP.
7.Can I provide my own embroidery
file for you to change for me?
Yes, we can edit or add new parts to your embroidery file. Ask
for a quote about this service.
8.How about the invoice's and payment
terms and conditions?
We will send you invoice every month. Invoice
will consist of design's name and date of delivery for a period
of 1 month.
9.Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order free before you receive your design.
10.Why no tirm on sewing this design?
Most designs we digitized be set auto_trim and center start. But
there is no trim code in some tape file format, common Embroidery
machine translate three or more continues jump stitches into a
trim code, so Embroidery machine must be set right on this parameter.
